Hello all: I am having fits with updating the new GroupWise
client using zenworks and the msi file. The installation
works for about 20% of my users with no apparent correlation
of users who can and can't run the installation. It appears
to be machine dependant as users who were successful on one
workstation fail on another. However, all workstations are
identical hardware and have all received the same image

During trouble shooting I see the installation fails when
trying to uninstall the older client. It appears the msi
installation is looking for a file that does not exist.
When it asks for a location the box is filled in with a "1".
This has all the appearances of a bad previous msi
installation (thanks Microsoft). I ran the msi cleanup
utility to no avail.

So, WTF is going on?? Can you help me out? Thanks again,
