Hello: I am trying to setup scheduled workstation reboots
based on a registry key I set during an MS patch
installation. We use ZfD 701 to push out ms patches. Some
of these patches require a reboot which I do not want to do
during the day.

So I have created an application to schedule a reboot
between 1 and 2 AM. The application is set to run on all
days of the week. The application is also workstation
associated. As part of the availability, I check for a
dword registry key that I set in the aforementioned ms
patches. If the value is 1, then the reboot application
will be available. When the application runs it resets this
key to 0.

But the darn application will reboot the workstation
immediately upon detecting the registry value of 1. I don't
understand this behavior as I clearly have the application
set to only run between 1 AM and 2 AM daily. I guess I
don't understand the scheduling of applications. Can you
help me out???

Thanks, Chris.
