After a computer gets the base image and addon image with all the proper
settings. When a user does their first login, Windows Media Player 10
loads an icon on the desktop and forces all users to run through the
setup. I have changed the group policy for the workstation to disable
these options, but I still get this problem. I am thinking this is
because of the user policy loaded through Novell.

Does anyone know a way in sysprep to disable the initial setup of media
players from running? Apparently, this is something they added in the
XP SP2 sysprep and it is really annoying to have my base image have
this ugly icon on the desktop that requires the users to show any
intelligence (the whole purpose of sysprep).
