Here is a way I never thought of, but stumbled upon that will be giving it
a try.


This may help those of us that are switching to new DUO or QUAD machines
but still need to support imaging the standard machines for the next 3
years without doing some major scripting mumbo jumbo to get it to autosense.


The skinny is to sysprep the multiprocessor machine and then add the line:
[Unattended]
UpdateUPHAL = "ACPIAPIC_UP,%WINDIR%\Inf\Hal.inf

to the Sysprep.inf file.

Quick question, how are you guys handling keeping image size down? What
is the best tips and ways to do it(other than the normal clean out log
files/recyclebin)?
