I've posted with this same problem before - but I think I've fallen too
far down on the list - so I think I'm gonna start again.

I'm having a hard time getting Zen 7 to install. I've disconnected all
my network drives (as suggested), done everything else that was

suggested to me, but I'm still having problems - this time a new one.

here is the log:

Pre-install steps completed successfully
RM Server components NOT installed on ND_FS2
Error: There was an error installing ZENworks Desktop Management on
ND_FS2. Error: An error occured during file copy or configuration. See
above for more details and be sure that no ZENworks Desktop Management
files are open or locked.

Now, I'm installing on a new server - another server on my network
(ND_FS1) was my previous ZenWorks server (v6.5) and is still

installed and running. I'm trying to switch to this new server as it has
more space for my images and possibly my Inventory DB (as soon

as I start using that). Could it be that I have some objects in my tree
that are messing this up - and if so, what could they be? This

is beginning to get frustrating -

I was wondering if I had to, should I "Upgrade" the old server (ND_FS1)
and then just maybe there is an easy way to transfer the new

software to the new server - Heck, I'll try anything once at this point -
its been 3 weeks now.

Any help again would be great.
