I am in the process of upgrading to Zen 7 and am having trouble with the Zen
agent on a large group of workstations. These workstation are all running
Windows 2000 (all current updates applied) and Novell Client version 4.91
SP1 or 4.91 SP2.

Once the Zen 7 agent is installed, the workstation will blue-screen at the
next login event. It seems to be related to the login event. The message
on the blue screen is STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The windows logon
process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of
0xc0000005 )0x00000000 0x00000000.

If I remove the Zen 7 agent or roll back to the Zen 4 agent, the blue screen
does not occur. Interestingly, if I login "Workstation Only" and then login
(from the systray's Red "N"), the workstation will not bluescreen.

I have tried disabling all policies, and changing out the video drivers.
This problem occurs on multiple workstations with a similar configuration.

ANY ideas ? ? ? ? ? ?
