A customer updated their single ZEN server from version 4 to 7 yesterday.
They immediately began
getting swamped with calls from people that have rebooted their PC's to find
that they are constantly going through
an update and then then a reboot on the ZEN partition. They've tried to
associate the server policy to disable the
ZEN partition with no luck. The blue screens are showing "could not connect
to proxy."

The only fix they've found so far is to manually put in the older version of
the boot CD (not v7) and disable the partition -
then they will boot ok.

Is there a faster way to avoid having to update all of their systems this
way? They have approximately 1,000
