Hello all,

We recently installed the NW6.5 post SP5 patch (nw65sp5u) and now
zenworks (7) is not working the way it used to.

Pre-patch behavior:
Workstation boots, attaches to server1 (mail) and server2 (zen)
connection appears in Novell Connections, network paths (on zen server)
for execution and browsing work fine

Post-patch behavior:
Workstation boots, attaches to server1, does not attach to server2
right away
connection for server2 does not appear in Novell Connections,
attempting to run or browse an app from a network path (on zen) results
in path not found.
Novell client throws error upon login:
LOGIN-LGNWNT32.DLL-890: The specified server is unknown.. then a series
of mapping errors.
Workstation CAN ping and resolve the zen server both with and without

If I go through the pc's network neighborhood via novell connections
and browse the tree into the zenworks volume and try again the
attachment is made.

Everything was working fine prior to the patch.

This is not isolated to a few workstations, it happens everywhere on
random pc's. I've tested with XP's firewall both off and on, it makes
no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can look at to determine why the
workstations no longer see the zen server as soon as they reconnect to
the network after a boot like before?
