1 Windows Installer Service could not be accessed” error message
when installing, changing or uninstalling an application.
2 Windows Update does nothing when launched – a brief hourglass is
all you will see.
3 An “Access Denied” error message when using Disk Management
with local Administrator rights.

Is seems the agent may be causing this problem and we have a workaround
but what is the fix?
We are using zenworks 7sp1 w/ hp3. We are also using the newest agents: It only happens on some machines not all.
Please help!!!!
