I've seen Novell marketing integration with the Remedy ARS system with the
release of ZENworks 7. Apparently this appears to be a new feature and not
something that was available with 6.5

Can someone explain what "integration with Remedy" means exactly and how
this is accomplished? As a user of Remedy, we are very interested in this
new feature and may consider an upgrade to ZEN 7, but first I want to
understand what exactly this buys us.
