I am having a problem authenticating workstations in the Remote Client
Install screen. When I select a workstation and it is trying to
authenticate, a username and password prompt comes up. Sometimes the user
field is grayed out but the password field is always available. I tried
all the passwords associated with that workstation but with no luck. I
have no problem getting into the workstation from My Network Places on my
local machine running Zen. Some workstations did authenticate fine without
prompting me with a user and a password. Must be a setting in Windows that
needs to be changed. Any ideas? Thanks.
