I ran into an odd problem today, which I've seen once before probably 6
months ago, but never successfully troubleshot.

We've rolled out a restricted corporate desktop to 200 users this past
weekend, which consists of a standard wallpaper, desktop theme, screensaver,
etc., along with GP settings to prevvent them from changing anything back.

Everything except the wallpaper works fine - funny thing is, if you check
display properties, the wallpaper specified in the user policy is shown as
the currently active desktop, but it never actually displays on the
computer. So, it's clear the policy is being read and downloaded properly,
but the wallpaper never actually works.

Any experience with this? We're running ZEN 6.5.
