I have a situation where users intermittently lose their workstation
settings (backgrounds, screen savers, power settings) and documents for
their My Documents folder.

It occurs on some occasions when a users has worked away from the LAN and
returned to the office and new documents are deleted when they log in.

I had DLU set for NON volatile, manage existing users. I have roaming
profiles saved to home folder.
This is causing some grief. IT doesn't always happen. What should I
