I am currently running Zenworks 7.0 with DLU on windows xp pro sp 2. My
problem is that I have teachers as power users and students as users.
When the teacher logs in in the computer, windows detects the account as
an unknown account, but when students log in, they are recognized as
users. Somebody told me that windows xp only detects users and
administrator accounts. I am not running any Active Directory. I am
doing something wrong? Do I need to create groups? If that is the case,
how do I do that? Any help will be appreciated!
