Randomly when a user logs in, the Workstation profile is not recognized
by Windows, and creates a Temporary one.

It says "Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible
causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt
local profile. If this problem persists, contact your network
administrator." then continues to create a temporary profile/directory.
We have the UPHClean service installed, and have reinstalled it but
still didn't resolve the issue. We have also disabled opportunistic
locking in Windows. We experience this issue on machines with Client
4.91 SP1-SP3. We have ZenWorks 7 on the servers, and 6.5 on the
Workstations. The problem still occurred on a Workstation with ZenWorks
7 installed. We do not use roaming profiles.

In event viewer, it shows the following errors:

event id 1515
event id 1511
event id 1502
event id 1508

I have the Userenv logs from an imaged PC that is experiencing this
random problem, and a log from a (different postprep image) PC that is
not experiencing the issue. I will paste them if requested, as the
forums won't let me attach due to size limitations.

I have looked everywhere for a resolution and haven't found anything. I
would greatly appreciate any insight on this annoying and random
problem. Thanks.
