We have Remote Management (RM) working OK in our ZENworks 7 setup, as well
as application deployment. When I go to Tools | ZENworks Inventory |
Reporting... and select one of the ZENworks Application Launcher report, it
works fine, but when I select the RM Audit Report (Remote Management
Report) it returns the message "1702: Database is empty." We've done
numerous remote sessions, and I've viewed the local AuditLog.txt on several
of the managed workstations. We're using ZAM for PC hardware/software
inventory, but we do want the legacy ZENworks Inventory feature running for
these RM Audit reports. What do we need to do to get this part of the
ZENworks Inventory Reports working, and NOT do the legacy hardware/software
