Out of about 200 PCs, I have one that will not allow me to remotely manage
it. ZENworks is up to date on it. The remote manager service is running.
The workstation is imported into eDirectory. The IP address and subnet mask
are correct. When I attempt to remote view or control it, the connection
times out after a few minutes. Remote wakeup appears to work, but I only
know this from going to the PC. ConsoleOne reports that it was unable to
wake up. Any ideas? Thanks.
