I have been trying to remote control my PC's without Console One, just by
using rcconsole.exe.

I use the syntax: RCConsole -c"Remote
Control" -a"" -t"0" -s"2" -w"FDN.Workstations.site.xx" -n"TREE"

-c = Remote Operation (eg Remote Control or Remote view)
-a = Ip address of target machine
-w = Fully distinguished name of ws object
-n = Tree name

from info found at: http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/tip/16680.html

a) Would anyone know what -t and -s are for? Is there a list somewhere of
all the parameters?

b) Since I am using DHCP and the IP of the WS may change, I would like to
use rcconsole with the IP parameter (-a) as suggested in
but it does not work. I get a "communication error" message.

Using just RCConsole -c"Remote Control" -a"" -t"0" -s"2"
works but as soon as I remove the ip address it's over.

Any idea?

Thank you

BTW: My preferred protocaol is IPX.
