We just rolled out HP3a to a bunch of people.

What I'm seeing now is this:

User is logged into more than one machine.

Both machines are imported and show up okay.

If you right-click on the user and select Remote Management, only ONE IP
shows up (ie, only one workstation). Whereas before it would show up 2,
or 3 or however many the user was logged into.

If I find the user, go into the ZENWorks -> Logged in Workstations, I
see the multiple workstations there and can remote control them.

However, I'm puzzled as to why it's not updating the other "method" that
we have been using for years. I'm getting complaints from helpdesk now.
