In our environment, DHCP addresses are only given out if the host name
begins a certain way. I have tried adding a HOSTNAME file to
the /addfiles/etc directory as well as in the /etc directory within the
initrd.gz file of the boot CD and I am still not getting a DHCP address.
Is there another location I should try for the HOSTNAME file?

Note: I have also copied the settings.txt file to the root of the CD
image and that seems to be working fine. I have no problems if I use the
original CD image but then I have to manually type in an IP address to
each workstation being imaged.
