I have a D610 laptop that will not boot the hard drive when we have the
PXE boot set to be the first boot device. If we set the the hard drive
to be first, the OS is booted just fine. When we set the PXE to be
first, it just sits there at a prompt that says "ZENworks shutting
down" instead of booting the OS as it should at this point.

I have booted into the Zen maintenance mode and made sure the primary
partition of the hard drive is active. I'm not sure what else to try?
All I can tell is that somehow the ZEN PXE service is not booting the
primary partition correctly. I would love to leave PXE as the first
boot device, but with the way it is, we may not be able to.

Any ideas?
