We are planning to upgrade to ZEN 7 this summer, but between now and
then we need to decide if we are going to upgrade our current ZENworks
6.5 SP1a infrastructure to SP2 or not.

The primary driver for doing so is imaging issues we are experiencing on
SP1. Specifically, the Dell Latitude D610's. It takes like 30 minutes
to image them verus about 10 minutes for our other models (size of
images are all about the same).

It seems that upgrading the imaging server to SP2 would solve this
problem. Is that all that would be required? We use PXE to image all
our PC's (windows 2000 sp4 and windows xp sp2). If we don't have to
upgrade the agents on the workstations to SP2 I would probably opt out
of the agent upgrade.
