I am ready to throw in the towel. I am running the lastest Novell Client,
4.9 sp2. I am also running eDirectory 8.73. The server is Windows 2003.
Maybe I should stick to NetWare! When I run the desktop managment setup, I
keep getting the following:

Pre-install steps completed successfully
Imaging\NT Components NOT successfully installed on HHS-SRV1 at G:\nds
Error: There was an error installing ZENworks Desktop Management on
HHS-SRV1. Error: Error copying files to server. Be sure that no ZENworks
Desktop Management files are open or locked.

I have not been able to find any TID docs that relate directly to this. The
only references close is TID10093189, referred to universal passwords
causing problems. So I disabled universal passwords. No change. They
suggested that the client needed to 4.9 sp2, but that is what I running.
The TID stupidly suggested installing client 4.83 and trying to reinstall,
but Zenworks complains during the install that you must be running 4.9!
Deleting the Inventory service object suggested that that did not change
