Hey all,

I have noticed that on every machine that we put the zenworks agent on
that is windows 2000 based. Once they go to restart the machine or shut
it down. A window pops up that explorer.exe is not responding. I remove
the agent and all is well. 2000 machines are up to date with patches and
novell client 4.90sp2

Does anyone know what could be causing the issue? The agent works fine on
xp and 98se.
