When I go to our xtier-stats page I see a very high number of login
failures. I was checking and Novell says this:

login-failures: total number (cumulative) of failed authentication
attempts (for whatever reason) since Xtier has been up
If you have a high number of login-failures, this could be due to the fact
that your users are not in the default context and therefore a login
failure will need to occur before the LDAP lookup finds the correct
context for the user and proceeds to successfully login.

My question is where is the default context set? I believe it is in
NSADMIN under authentication domains, but I am not sure what to put there.
