We want to upgrade ZENworks for Desktops 4 IR5 to 6.5 SP1.
In the test all went well, but when we try it with a user with a existing
profile, the profile gets corrupt. The server upgrade is no problem.
After the installation of the 184.108.40.206 agent on the workstation the user
profile becomes corrupt.
The users are getting a Ďopení Desktop (no policies), search mappings
canít be made and no launcher or NAL is started. If we delete the
NTUSER.DAT the user can work again (The new agent is installed and
If we clean the profile before installing all goes well.
Server: Netware 6.5 SP3
Workstation: Windows XP SP1
Old Agent: ZENworks for Desktops
DLU: Volatile, Users are members of Users & Power Users
ZENworks Old: ZENworks 4 IR5
Agent Old: 220.127.116.11 (IR5)
ZENworks New: ZENworks 6.5 SP1
Agent New: 18.104.22.168 (First 22.214.171.124 then SP1b)
Novell Client: 4.90 SP2
Does anyone know why this happens?
