I asked this question in the remote-control forum and didn't receive any
helpful answers, so I thought I'd ask it here...

I noticed that we can enable users to initiate remote sessions, but I have
yet to be able to correctly set it up. I enabled users to do this in their
remote control policy, but I believe that I am missing some other settings
and so the users all have the option grayed out. Can someone tell me where I
look and what settings to put in to get this successfully configured. I have
a feeling it may be something like clarifying who to gets the remote request
when the user initiates.

Any help would be appreciated.
