We have a problem where users get errors while shutting down. These are
Windows errors that are related to saving the roaming profile.

We have loaded up Microsoft's UPH software which has told us in every case
that this is being caused by NALNTSRV.EXE.

This is XP PRO SP2 with Zen 6.5 SP2.

Almost all of our ZenApps are Workstation Associated. We have one User
Associated that places an icon in the system tray. And we have a few
others that push some user settings - but are mostly RUN ONCE.

Any ideas/TID?

Thanks :)

Edwin;

Windows cannot unload your classes registry file - it is still in use by
other applications or services. The file will be unloaded when it is no
longer in use.
