ZEN6.5 on NW6.5sp3

I have had the following happen to me and another helpdeskperson:

Load C1
Expand the tree to see my containers, but also listed is ZENWorks
licenses with a question mark in a yellow circle
I cannot open users' properties page or any other leaf object

I reinstalled C1, reinstalled the ZENWorks admin files and rebooted my
workstation. All was good.

BUT - I'm still having trouble with the HelpDesk's PC. I logged into
HelpDesk PC, reinstalled C1, resinstalled the ZENworks admin files and
rebooted. It was still not letting me open any leaf object and
displayed the question mark in a yellow circle for ZENworks licenses.

THe helpdesk person then logged into the workstation and all was well,
until this morning. Again, she could not open any leaf object and C1
displayed the question mark in a yellow circle for ZENworks licenses.

Any ideas on what is happening and how to fix?
