Hi,

We updated the DNS alias for the NDPS manager. After the update, users
with iprint printers were prompted that their printer names have been
changed and will be re-installed. After pressing OK, the message box says
printer could not be updated and has been removed. This happened for all
the iprint printers for all the users. Currently we are using iprint
client 3.1. Please help us understand why the printers were not updated
successfully?
