I've got a problem, I'm not sure how to handle. One of my co-workers
installed the ZLM management agent on a number of serves, but specified the
wrong management host when doing so. If I follow the standard procedure for
changing the management host I:

rug sl to list my current management server
rug sd to delete my current management server
rug sa servername -k regkey to add the new service

When I do this, the rug sa fails because it cann't find the serviceinfo.xml
file. I can find such a file on the management server the host was
originally connected to, but the file does not exist on the management
server I want the host connected to. I could not find any documentation on
this file.

I figure, no big deal. I'll just uninstall the ZLM agent and then reinstall
it, specifying the management host I want. The uninstall appears to execute
just fine as does the reinstallation. This process worked on one server,
but not on another. On the second server, when I check the status of the
ZMD service, it's dead. Log files
(/var/opt/novell/log/zenworks/zmd-messages.log, zlm-uninstall.log and
zlm-install.log) don't show anything unusual. The initial-service file
(/etc/opt/novell/zenworks/zmd/initial-service) is correct. Right now I'm
stuck and I don't know what else to check for or do.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
