just found that "https://you.novell.com/update" which is a YAST type of service has an oes-9-i586 channel:

Both sources seem to be active, do they hold the same contents and does this mean I can choose where to get my patches from?

I also noticed that my sles 9 patches also contain rpms targeted at oes-9-i586, so what is that then? What if I mirror both the oes-9-i586 and the sles-9-i586 channels from "https://you.novell.com/update" into the same bundle folder in ZCC? Will they happily share the same patch-* bundles, just grouping them together differently in seperate bundle groups?

lots of questions but no answers in docu or kb so far... Any ideas -or even better - knowledge to share?

thanks, Lothar
