I don't know if any issue necessarily with .NET Framework 2.0, but all of
the testing that has been completed thus far was done with .NET framework
1.1 SP1 which is the minimum supported version.

I will setup a machine with 2.0 framework only and rerun a subset of the
tests, and let you now how it goes.
