hi guys

Using nsmadmin, I have configured one of my servers to be a sentinal (no
engine, no event). This server is across a WAN link, and there is
policies that have home directory paths on this server.

When I create a new user in a container where that policy is associated,
I see the policy being applied and home directory created by the engine
(and the path for that directory is across the WAN on the other server).

So, it looks to me like the sentinal hasn't done anything. For new user
creations, is it supposed to? How does the system know when to make use
of the sentinal? The way I read the documentation (which is very
basic), the sentinal should have taken care of creating that directory.
