Hi, we've been using File System Factory and have recently upgraded to NSM
2.0.2489.24013. Everything is running well however I've got a problem with
one account which won't allow me run the Storage Analysis. I can see that
there is 43% available in the quota, but I can't see the file break down for
the user's home drive - the window appears and is blank.

Using the NSM User Quota Manager webpage, again I can see the initial
details for the user but when clicking on the "Available Space" link, the
"Home Directory Statistics and Quota" page does not appear.

This only happens for this user, other users in the same container with the
same policy are fine.

I was wondering if anyone has seen this before or has any suggestions for
what might be causing it, eg max file length, number of folders or certain
file types?
