We have a user account that is used by another server to FTP files to
our NetWare 6.5 SP5 server. When the account is not address restricted
it is fine. As soon as I put in the IP address of the other server as an
address restriction in C1, the account will no longer be able to FTP,
and FTPIntr.log shows an intruder attempt. Eventually it locks out the
account for awhile. If I remove the address restriction it works again.
I know the IP is the right one because it is shown in the FTP logs. It
is something about adding an address restriction on the account that
something in the process doesn't like. Anyone seen this, or know what is
going on?
