Seems to be a recurring problem:
On most of our new notebooks (Dell D830) and on some of our new desktops (HP
dc5750) we receive the following message on shutdown: dpmw32.exe is not
responding. Our older machines don't have this problem. We are running
Novell Client 4.91 SP4 (but it also occured with 4.91 SP1) on Windows XP,
SP2, all updates applied and we make heavy use of NDPS so we can't disable
