Running BM 3.8 on NW65Sp6. Proxy and logging has been working fine for
months. No known changes in months. Today we noticed that the server
hasn't been saving log files for a week, and this message in NBM Proxy
Cache Server screen:

Logging to common log file failed

The LOG volume is not full. Restarting is not an option until after
service hours (when we are off work too...) as most of our school district
goes through this proxy. If we have to restart we will, but was wondering
if there might be a way around this.
