Have posted on eGuide forum without response.

NW65SP6 Product CD.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled both eGuide and VO several times,
including deleting all objects and folders and still eGuide doesn't load.

When logging in to VO as admin or user, I get:

Error: Authentication failed: improper configuration. Please contact
your adminstrator.

If I click the eGuide button, I get:

An unknown error has occurred. Please contact administrator.

I also get this error when trying to access eGuide admin through
https://server/eGuide/admin after entering user ID and pasword.

Certificates all seem to be in order. VO otherwise seems to work (except
it won't connect to GroupWise through the gadget, but I figure one thing
at a time and eGuide is most important right now).

Any help here would be most appreciated.
