We have a new OES2/linux server with eDir 8.8.2. The rest of our environment
is either Netware 6.0/6.5 or OES2/Linux with eDir 8.7.3.9.

When namcd starts on the OES2 server, it gives repeated "Failed to get LDAP
handle. Make sure you have LDAP server certificate in /var/lib/novell-lum
directory." When I attempt to login to the server with a linux-enabled
account, my first fails and then I get the "LDAP Password:" prompt, at which
point my password does work. LDAP auth appears to be working, just not
caching.

The certificate is there, and I've deleted it and ran a namconfig -k. I've
deconfigured NAM and then re-configured it, tried different LDAP servers,
namconfig -k against all of them, etc., and nothing resolves this. I have
several other servers with novell-lum installed and working fine. Here's my
nam.conf, although I don't think it's a configuration issue:
