We just installed the Nokia Intellisync Mobile suite to use over Groupwise
7 and its working beautifully, both via wifi and gprs. Fantastic.

A little problem though, a very large amount of our mobile handsets are
HTC (SPV 3100) business type Smartphones. Whilst these are stated on the
Nokia Intellisync website as being a certified device, we have the same
issue with all of them. The install of the .cab files seems to go well
until the final re-boot, then the handset bombs completely and requires a
factory re-set....so not good if there is data on the phone as it all get
lost at that point.

Has anyone been able to find a work around for this, or even a fix?
Or any news of an impending fix?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated as we have invested heavily
in this product and our current multitude of HTC handsets have another
year and a half on contract, so we cant change them to a phone that is
known to work. So Kind of stuck really. Any ideas would be really helpful.
