I'm working to get many of the Zen/Novell applications up and running at our school and have been able to get application deployments via NAL, imaging with ENGL, remote management, inventory, etc... but now am trying to determine a way to deal with printers.

Novell offers the iPrint/NDPS for managing networked printers, but several computers we have in our schools. What would be the best way to manage local printers? I'm thinking that it would probably work best to create workstation associated applications for whatever local printer the computer has that would install the drivers and set the pinter as the default for the workstation, then set the application force install, run once on the workstation.

Would this be the best way to deal with this? Any other suggestions?
