Hi All

I am having a major problem with a ZCM 10.0.0 configuration. I am
working in an environment where are using an Active Directory Tree as
the backend LDAP server. The server that is hosting ZCM is a windows
2003R2 Server. This server is also running IIS and has multiple ip
addreses however they are all on the same subnet

For reasons unknown to me all of a sudden the clients are no longer able
to login to the agent. It has been running fine for a few weeks and
nothing has changed in our config. I can ping the server by its name so
DNS appears to be ok. I have also added it to the host file just to make
sure but it has not made any difference. The devices still get
applications that are assigned to the device but I am unable to get
users to login.

I am pulling what little hair I have left out trying to sort this out.
As far as I can tell all the services required for ZCM to run are
running correctly on the server however i am seeing a few error messages
which are as follows

Category: Registration Module
Registration.GeneralRefreshError: An error ocurred during a general
refresh in module: QuickTaskRefresh. Error Message: Object reference not
set to an instance of an object.

Category: RefreshMgr
ZMD.RefreshHandlerException: Unexpected exception received when
refreshing handler QuickTaskRefresh(GeneralRefresh): Object reference
not set to an instance of an object.

Category: Remote Management
RemoteManagement.VNCEVENT_CANNOT_OPEN_EVENT: Unable to open the
<ZRMUserLoginEvent> event

I have attatched the zenlgn log file. I was not able to attach the zmd-messages file as it is pretty big. Is there something that I should be looking for in that?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
