My present network uses Netware 6.5 sp5, with workstations running Netware
Client 4.91sp2. Our e-mail system is Pegasus Mail, which works well with NDS
and stores mail on the Netware server.

However, I'm being asked to consider moving the mail system over to Outlook
with MS Exchange. This would necessitate adding a Windows Server to my
environment (I'd install Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange all
on the same box.)

I set up such a box as a test, and immediately noted that accessing the mail
server requires the user to log into the Windows domain in order to check
ones mail. Now, I believe that there is a Netware product that allows one to
sync information in a AD domain and eDir.

My questions are:
1) How well does this netware product function, the one which syncs the two

2) If files and print services are left on the Netware print servers with
mail the only thing running on the Windows server, should I stick with the
Netware client on workstations, or should I remove it, install the Microsoft
Network Client and then just uses CIF's to access Netware services?

I look forward to your comments and suggestions
