We have a user with a TREO 755 who has replied to several emails from
their TREO. The emails keep resending over and over again.
I have run a Analyse/Fix Contents & Index repair on the GroupWise
account and this did not fix it.
I have tried to SUBJECTPURGE the repeated emails out of his account but
the issue is still happening.
Where are these emails coming from? Are they stuck in a queue in the
GMS Server? The error on the Server "Unexpected failure
detected:ServerException" for this User appears at the same time the Post
Office abends.
Please let me know what the next logical step would be.
