I have installed a new BM3.9 server to replace a BM3.7 server.

Both servers currently reside in the same container. Both servers have a
R/W replica of the container.

When I use iManager to create or modify access rules, there is not an
APPLY button available to save changes.

I followed TID 3506678, but this did not correct the problem.

I running Netware 6.5 SP6 and iManager 2.60.
