First post from me.
We are still in the preparation fase, hav'nt yet started to use ZAM 7.5 live.
One thing we want, that I have not figured out if it is possible, is how to use ZAM to help keep track of annual fees and renewal dates. Some of the sofware that needs our special attention once a year is Access manager, Zenworks Asset managment and Novell Open Workgroup Suite.

How can dates be added? We would prefeer to add it to file for import of purchase records.
Can alerts be triggered when the date approaches?
