Has anyone noticed that if a user source bugs out that ZCM does too. I can
understand obviously that it wouldn't authenticate users. However, simply
clicking on devices to pull inventory etc seems to freeze the console -
eventually it will just crash all of ZCM. This is a problem if we have
something go down and zcm is not in contact - we can't work with the other
devices that may use other user sources etc. It would seem ZCM would simply
timeout after a while and notify you that a source could not be contacted.
A (pause button) for each user source would be nice to temporarily disable
it. Us Zenworks administrators are not always responsible for other Active
Directory or EDirectory outages. Deleting the source doesn't seem like a
viable work around since a lot of data is stored about the users and we
would loose that information by deleting the source right?
