My office, which is a tech support environment, uses Messenger to
communicate many things. One of which is that each person on my
eight-person team is supposed to send a broadcast to the rest of the team
when they are out of the phone queue and another broadcast when they are
back in the queue. This can often make for dozens of messages per hour that
take the typing focus off of whatever the others might be working on. I've
gone through the "alert" options to see if there's a way to turn of the
popups, but it only gives you options for "Online Status" alerts.

Please - is there any way to set broadcasts to blink in the taskbar or
something...anything other than pop up and take the focus from the working
window? A registry hack or policy flag or anything would be...extremely
invited. Thanks!
