another registry edit bug.. ;)

I trying to modify the system path variable.
I'm doing a registry edit action, modifying the
HKLMSYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSession ManagerEnvironmentPath
it's a type "string"
when doing append action, adding ";C:whatever", and distributing to wks,
zen fails, complaining in the logs about mismatch registry value type.
when replacing the value with the whole value, like
C:Windows;C:WindowsSystem32, etc, it works
